Shipping Policy
• Free shipping for purchases over €50
• For orders under €50, the shipping cost is €9
• We process orders as quickly as possible
• 100% of our products are in stock
• All orders are prepared in our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number
• If the package arrives with visible damage, please contact customer service at info@metaldeseo.com
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer assumes the return shipping costs.
